More Insurance Covers 

⇒  Loss Mitigation  

This cover ensures the covering by the Insurer of the following: the Insurer will reimburse any reasonable costs necessarily incurred by the Insured with Insurer's prior written agreement in respect of measures taken by the Insured to rectify any act, error or omission that resulted in a claim.

⇒  Reputation And Brand Protection 

The Insurer agrees to reimburse the Insured for any reasonable sums necessarily incurred with the Insurer's prior written agreement for the services of a public relations consultancy to avert or mitigate damage to the Insured's reputation or brand as a direct result of any media report that names the Insured and publicizes an act or event that is the subject of a claim. 

⇒  Court Attendance Costs  

The Insurer agrees to reimburse the Insured for any reasonable sums necessarily incurred by the Insured with Insurer's prior written agreement to attend court or any tribunal, arbitration, adjudication, mediation or other hearing in connection with any claim.
