General Liability 

⇒  Public Liability  

The Insurer agrees to pay on the client’s behalf all sums that the client becomes legally obliged to pay (including liability for claimants' costs and expenses) as a result of any claim arising out of bodily injury or
property damage first occurs during the period of the policy, except when it is caused directly by the client’s technology services.

The Insurer will also pay costs and expenses on the client’s behalf.

⇒  Product Liability 

The Insurer agrees to pay on the client’s behalf all sums that the client becomes legally obliged to pay (including liability for claimants' costs and expenses) as a result of any claim arising out of bodily injury or property damage first occurring during the period of the policy caused directly by any product. 

The Insurer will also pay costs and expenses on the client’s behalf.

⇒  Personal And Advertising Injury 

The Insurer agrees to pay on the client’s behalf all sums that the client becomes legally obliged to pay (including liability for claimants' costs and expenses) as a result of any claim arising out of personal injury or advertising injury first occurring during the period of the policy, except when it is directly caused by the client’s technology services.

The Insurer will also pay costs and expenses on the client’s behalf.

⇒  Pollution Liability  

The Insurer agrees to pay on the client’s behalf all sums that the client becomes legally obliged to pay (including liability for claimants' costs and expenses) as a result of any claim arising out of bodily injury or property damage caused directly by pollution first occurring during the period of the policy, on condition that the pollution was the direct result of a sudden, identifiable, unintended and unexpected incident and was not directly caused by the client’s technology services. 

The Insurer will also pay costs and expenses on the client’s behalf.

⇒  Tenant's Legal Liability 

The Insurer agrees to pay on the client’s behalf all sums that the client becomes legally obliged to pay (including liability for claimants' costs and expenses) as a result of any claim arising out of property damage to premises leased to, hired by, on loan to or held in trust by you or otherwise in your care, custody or control first occurring during the period of the policy. 

The Insurer will also pay costs and expenses on the client’s behalf.
